We operate exclusively in accordance with the German Freight Forwarders’ Standard Terms and Conditions 2016 (ADSp 2016):

NOTE: Clause 23 of the ADSp 2016 limits the statutory liability for loss or damage to goods under § 431 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) while in the forwarder’s custody to EUR 5.00 per kg; for multimodal transport including sea carriage to 2 SDR per kg; and, in addition, per claim or event to EUR 1 million or EUR 2 million or 2 SDR per kg, whichever amount is higher. Clause 27 of the ADSp shall not be deemed an agreement on higher liability limits within the meaning of Article 25 of the Montreal Convention.

Please note that transport insurance must be arranged for the entire transport process (outbound transport – trade fair duration – return transport). We are happy to provide this insurance upon request. For this, we require a written order from you (if needed).

Regarding delivery/pick-up of goods after the end of the trade fair, please note the following:

Notwithstanding the submission of shipping documents to the forwarding office, our liability ends upon delivery and begins upon collection of the goods from the booth, even if the exhibitor is not present.
